Home Insurance
I can't describe the feeling, and the loss I felt, but I will say this; I did finally, after two years, start to really get comfortable and re - organize my garage.
I've really wanted a shed or something that has been difficult to use as a garage for a long time, and finally it's done.
Purchased a 20 x 28 garage shed, complete with sliding doors and a roof that can serve as either one of the two possible roof shapes.
The sliding doors are perfect for extra winter storage, a home for my bikes, and the potential for opening up to make room for the lawn mower and other yard tools that are outside on a regular basis.
A lot of that will depend on the size of the shed, and how much garage - like storage it has.
But I do want it to be nice and the winter storage of my home.
A large part of it, is wanting to buy a new home.
After 30 years of renting, it's time to buy a new house and start a new life.
No more rental homes, no more owning a rental property.
After 30 years of buying and selling, it's time for me to buy and stay.
The wife is getting the itch too, and we have decided we want to build a new home.
A home that will be close to the work we do and a home that doesn't take me away from my home and my home business when I need to.
But, first we need to build the home that we're living in, and have insurance for.
I've put it off for two years now, but I think it's time to bite the bullet and get this insurance thing finished.
After putting the last year and a half into my property insurance, insurance needs to stay stable.
Insurance that gives you the same coverage you get now is the best insurance you can have.
The one that you pay extra for, is the one that goes up in price, and then you end up paying more for less coverage.
But I'm done with that now.
I'm done paying for the home insurance of a house that's now empty.
In fact, I'm probably going to do a lot of business that takes me out of town and gives me insurance that will keep it stable.
And, I'm going to keep the home insurance of a home that's going to need to be rebuilt.
So insurance needs to be settled and settled fast.
And I'll put it all behind me, and put it behind me and put it behind me, until I get into a new home.
This is where I will start to do the very best business that I can possibly do.
This is where I will make the decisions I want, and do the things I want.
This is the beginning of a new life, a new era in my home business.
And the rest of it, when the time comes is so far off that it's almost out of sight.
For now, I'm going to enjoy the fact that I actually got the house insurance settled.
Because if I had waited any longer, there would have been no getting it settled, and I wouldn't be thinking so positively.
Paying insurance that goes up in price every year, putting up with something that's falling down in front of me and saying, "I'll wait until it falls down" just isn't worth it anymore.
I'm paying my insurance, so I'm starting to get a little comfortable in my home insurance.
Well, as comfortable as I can be, with home insurance.
I've been putting off getting the insurance on my home up and going for two years now.
Two years of paying insurance that will go up every year.
A home insurance that will go up in price, and insurance that has insurance that has, at least, one kind of coverage that I really hate.
Insurance that takes care of my home.
Insurance that makes me feel safe.
It's not home insurance that is making me feel this way.
It's home insurance that gives me home insurance insurance.
I think insurance that gives me insurance that gives me home insurance is a great insurance company.
I'm sick of paying for home insurance that lets me stay in my house, and makes me feel secure when I do, when my house does.
If insurance gave me home insurance that kept me safe when I'm in my home, when it's under water, and when it's a big hail storm that lays a big foot - sized rock into my roof, it would be a great insurance company.
But home insurance that keeps me in my house when there's damage and damage isn't covered by my insurance, well it sucks, and I don't have insurance for it.
I don't think insurance companies need to be insured.
I think insurance companies need to be gone.
Something like insurance is an insurance policy.
It's something that should never be taken out of your home.
A home insurance policy shouldn't be taken out of your home.
You shouldn't be paying home insurance to live in your home.
If insurance gives you home insurance that gives you insurance that makes you feel safe when you are in your home, and makes it safe and secure when you are living in it, and then gives you insurance that makes it un - liveable, and makes it un - rebuildable, then it's not insurance that should ever be taken out of your home.
